great location, clean, nice place. everything walking distance. responsive host. Other than the sound of a helicopter landing coming from what must be the AC every once in a while, it was great. Beach a few blocks around the corner is worth the price by itself.

Location was amazing! Pool view was great but when we got there the first night the pool was a little green. The bed is a double, not a queen as it says in the listing. The room was good but a little bare and cold feeling - not homey. Restaurant downstairs is great!
